I'm in! How do I make a reservation?
Contact us at (786) 991-5072. Reservations with All Miami Party Rental require a non-refundable deposit in advance of the event: $50 for orders less than $200 and $100 otherwise. If you need to cancel the event, your deposit will be applicable for future reservations, but it will not be refunded. On the day of the event, you will be required to read and sign our Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver.
How far in advance should I reserve my rentals?
As soon as possible. The sooner you make a reservation, the better chance you have of ensuring that your party's time, date and bounce house theme are available. It is not unusual for All Miami Party Rental customers to book weeks or even months in advance.
I'm planning an important event. How much involvement do you need from me?
As much or as little as you like! At All Miami Party Rental, we're committed to bringing unique, memorable fun to your event and ensuring that your coordinating experience is stress-free. As a full-service party rental company, we're with you every step of the way, from selecting the bounce house, tent or concession machine that fits your needs to timely delivery to efficient, non-intrusive cleanup.

This means that a number of our services are included in your rental price, saving you time, money, and aggravation. Delivery (to many areas), equipment setup, and cleanup -- they're all included in the prices listed on our website. Full service -- just another way we help make your event stress-free.

What happens if I book a package and it rains?
Mother Nature is unpredictable. Rain happens! In the event of rain cancelling your event prior to setup, your payment (less your deposit) will be refunded. However, once we set the bounce house or other inflatable up at your event, all rental charges will apply. If rain or heavy winds arrive during your event, you should abandon the inflatable as quickly and safely as possible. Before resuming use of the bounce house or inflatable, you must thoroughly dry the inside of the unit, for your safety.
Payment FAQs
When and how do I make the payment?
We accept Visa and MasterCard for credit and debit payments, cash, and checks. Checks are only accepted for deposits or when payment is made at least 3 days in advance of the event. All payments are due before setting up your event. We cannot accept payments by check on the day of the event.
Do you charge tax?
Yes. We are required by law to charge FL sales tax for all rentals.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! In some areas of Kendall, delivery is free. A delivery charge based on distance will be charged otherwise. Your bounce house, slide, concession equipment, or any other delivered material will arrive anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours before your event. We will work with you to ensure that the material is delivered at the best time for your party.
Bounce House/Slide/Inflatable FAQs
What does "All Day Rental" mean?
"All Day Rental" means that you have the right to keep the units for 4 hours, at most. If you wish to keep your bounce house, slide, tent, dunk tank, or other equipment for additional time, please contact us.
Is supervision provided in the cost of the rental?
Each bounce house, slide, or other inflatable requires one supervisor. We gladly offer supervision for your party, if desired, for an additional fee. Should you choose to provide your own adult supervision, we will require you to read, understand, and sign a liability waiver stipulating the safety rules and guidelines to be followed.
How long does inflatable setup take?
It will take approximately 15-30 minutes to set up an inflatable, inspect it for safety, check operation, and review the contract/safety guidelines with you.
How much area do I need to set up a bounce house?
Ideally, your bounce house or other inflatable party rental should be set up on a flat, grassy surface. Should you choose, our inflatables may be set up on a cement surface. However, the area must be clear of stones or other sharp objects. The ground area required depends on which inflatable you choose to rent. We will provide you with the dimensions of the bounce house or other inflatable party rental when you call. If your party is in an outdoor area with no electrical outlets, then we will provide a generator for an additional fee.
What happens if an inflatable is damaged during my event?
If your inflatable rental (i.e., bounce house) or other rental becomes damaged while in operation, help all users exit the inflatable, stop using the damaged items and contact us immediately. Do not attempt to continue operation of the equipment until you speak with one of our associates.
My son/daughter is having a birthday party. Do you have bounce houses and decorations with children's themes?
Absolutely! Children love themed bounce houses -- they provide a great backdrop for pictures, too. We have a large number of cartoon or other character themes, among many others, to fit any occasion -- ask about our selection today! Our most popular themes include: Mickey Mouse, Tinkerbell, Spiderman, and Go Diego Go!
